Good technique to loss weight through honey

Weight loss is must to the people who where very huge in size. You can lose the weight by doing exercises but some people can't do exercise regularly, so those persons can take this idea, but they should do this continuously, then only it will be working.

Take a two tea spoon of honey and mix it with a cup of hot water and drink in the empty stomach in the morning, you can have this after brushing, but before having this you should not have any thing.

Continue this for at least 6 months you will see the difference, and while eating food don't eat more food at once itself, if you are eating 3 times heavily for a day means make it 5 times lightly.
