Health problems of students due to less food

Student's health will be easily get down due to not taking food correctly, this will be done by many reasons, as there will be special classes in the school the students won't eat in the morning, by doing this first time the student will feel some kind of tiredness but while they are continuing this type of things regularly the student will stop eating in the morning itself.

If we are not eating in the morning means there are many problems for us, like we can't able to work or lesson the lessons, as we are managed at this time it wont show many effects to us, as we are young we have some strength so it wont affect our inner body, but while getting older it will effect our body.

At the older age it will affect our nervous systems, but at present the body or stamina of the student will get down, so weight loss will be there, the student can't able to lesson are study the lessons properly.

So, don't leave the students to avoid the food in the morning, it is not good for their health, at least ask them to take some food in the morning. In the hurry they can't take food in the morning as the world is going so fast, but try to give some health drinks or some health food in the morning.
